To stabilize the operations of the application submission and assessment system. To refactor the code written by the previous developer. To develop the deadline system and the statistics system. To develop an API and establish an interaction with the other fund’s systems.
The complete code refactoring was performed and the system operations were stabilized due to the query optimization and the use of modern frameworks. To improve the quality of services, two meetings were held weekly for completed task approval and further task assignment. All rendered services were documented in compliance with the all-Union State Standard and submitted to the client.
After the project had started, the scope of work expanded to include the maintenance and enhancement of the Portfolio projects monitoring system. The enhancement included the implementation of the statistics gathering and notifications, support for additional report types and an option to download reports in pdf, xls formats. The application architecture was partially changed in order to enable a possibility of functionality extension in the future.
